Neiman Marcus joins the clean beauty trend
The American department stores company launched an online platform where it sells clean beauty products.
Neiman Marcus rides the wave of clean beauty through the internet. The American department stores company has announced the launch of Neiman Marcus Clean Beauty, an online platform where customers can find natural beauty products that have not been tested on animals and do not have any type of parabens, paraffins, phthalates, sulfates or silicones.
Buyers will be able to identify the products through a clean circular seal, located on their packaging. These products are intended for skin and hair care and include color cosmetics and nail treatments.

“It was important for us to launch this initiative and specifically call out these products so our customers can easily make an educated decision,” said Michelle Gill, divisional merchandise manager beauty at Neiman Marcus.
Neiman Marcus is not the only one joining this trend. Target did something similar last July with the launch of the Target clean seal, designed to indicate beauty and personal care products that don’t have phthalates, parabens, sulfates and other chemical components.
