Spanish company Mango looks for Java programmers
Fashion distribution group will sponsor the fifth edition of Jbcn Conf, where it will have a stand to give visibility to the technological initiatives from its digital transformation program.
Mango makes a more techie step further. Fashion distribution company has become the sponsor of Jbcn Conf, the conference of programming related to the Java language. The group will participate in the event with the aim of incorporating technological talent for its digital innovation center, which has recently opened in the Barcelona’s 22@ district.
Some of the profiles that Mango has planned to add to its innovation team are developing engineers, experts in digital marketing, digital product designers, as well a profiles of data analytics, among others.
In the event, the group will have a stand to give visibility to the technological initiatives that are carrying one on behalf of its digital transformation plan. Besides, Mango will set during the congress various presentations about the experience with marketplaces or the digital channels optimization.

Mango is not the first sector’s company that participates in the congress with the aim of capturing talent. In 2017, Inditex was present in the South Summit, an event dedicated to the entrepreneurship and the innovation, where initiated a programming marathon where the participants had to solve challenges set in the web through software.
In parallel, the Spanish group recently launched a web to capture technological talent, Zara Date Challenge, where presented a challenge. The company’s objective was to give shape to its team to work in group’s offices for six months.
