Issey Miyake grows in Japan. The Japanese company has opened a new store in Tokyo. The new point of sale is located in Shibuya Parco, one of the largest department stores of the Japanese neighborhood.
The group, that is already present in the city with 58 more points of sale, will have in its new store the entire offer of the brand: womenswear, menswear and accessories. Japan is the main market of the company, where Issey Miyake is present with 153 points of sale in cities like Kyoto, Osaka or Hiroshima, amongst others.

The Issey Miyake group has twelve lines. Issey Miyake, Issey Miyake men, Pleats Pleats, HaaT, me, Bao Bao, 132.5 Issey Miyake, In-Ei, Parfums, watch and eyes.
After Japan, Italy is the groups’ largest market, with 82 points of sale. Followed by the United States, where the company has 65 points of sale in cities like New York, Los Angeles or Chicago, amongst others.
The Japanese company, founded in 1970 by the namesake designer is present in approximately 45 markets worldwide and has about 450 points of sale between retail, wholesale and its online business.
