Harrods names new digital and strategy director
Harrods continues its transformation and names Caitlin Innes as its new digital and strategy director with the goal of managing the online business of the group.
Harrods makes a move in omnichannel. The British department store giant has taken a step forward in its online transformation with the naming of a former Burberry to lead its digital development.
Caitlin Innes will lead the online business of the group, as well as digital marketing and customer insight. Graduated in Oxford, the executive was up until now the director of digital commerce in Burberry.
“Digital plays a key role in the store’s ongoing commitment to investing in customer experience, both in terms of pure commerce and discovery” Michael Ward, CEO of Harrods pointed.
